New Physicians Portal for Online Reports

Caris Cohen Dx is pleased to announce the implementation of an enhanced online reporting tool, called the Physicians Portal. As with our previous portal, this new portal offers HIPAA compliant security to protect the integrity of confidential patient information. The Physicians Portal offers flexible search techniques, a detailed search-summary screen, efficient printing capabilities and substantial storage space to ensure access to a wide range of reports.

Caris Cohen Dx Welcomes a New Dermatopathologist

We are pleased to announce the addition of Dr. Lawrence E. Klein to our growing team of high quality dermatopathologists. Dr. Klein is board-certified in Dermatology, as well as Dermatopathology.

Dr. Klein is an established figure within the dermatopathology community, and he has years of experience in dermatologic patient care, teaching, and research. He recently relocated to Massachusetts from Columbia, South Carolina. During his years in South Carolina, Dr. Klein worked as the Director of Dermatopathology at Professional Pathology Services, PC, and as both a Dermatopathologist in the Department of Pathology and as the Associate Chief of the Dermatology Clinic at Richland Memorial Hospital. Dr. Klein also served on the faculty at The University of South Carolina School of Medicine for over twenty years. Additionally, Dr. Klein was elected to the 2007-2008 Best Doctors in America database. This distiction is awarded to physicians who are deemed by their peers to be the most skilled in their fields and most qualified for reviewing and treating complex medical conditions. Dr. Klein's areas of interest include clinicopathologic correlation of inflammatory skin diseases and pigmentary diseases.
